Dlej — Moving To The Moon

Yeah
Pack your bags
We checking out of this chaos
Turn the bass up.
This got
Traffic on the highway, everyone
Screaming, stuck in a loop, y'all must
Be dreaming.
Bills in the mail, piling up high.
I'm looking up
Eyeing the sky.
Too much drama down on the block.
I'm tired of punching the same old clock.
Got my helmet
On, zipped up the suit, about to launch
Off with a funky ass route
Earth's got too heavy, gravity's a drag
Got a one-way ticket, packing up
My bags.
Counting down now, 5-4-3
Leaving all the noise where it used to be.
I'm moving to the moon, yeah
I'm checking out.
No
Wi-Fi, no
Screaming, no shouting
Floating in a crater, living my design the
Earth is too crowded, I'm doing just fine
Up in the dark, shining real bright
Living on the moon, yeah, starting tonight.
No landlord, no no morning
Rush, just cosmic silence and moon dust, hush.
Planting a flag right
Next to the
Sea of tranquility.
Chilling
With me, zero gravity.
Walking on air
Got zero cares, yeah, I don't care.
Call up
Houston, tell them
I'm gone.
Bouncing on the beats to the break
Of dawn
First day up here, I slept till noon
Made some coffee, watched the earth arise.
Got a blue marble in a
Big black sky, looking pretty good from
Way up high.
Took one step, nearly
Jumped in.
Laughed so hard, did it again.
No red lights, no waiting
Line, nobody asking for a piece of my time.
One small chair, one cosmic view
Whole lot of nothing left to do
And singing
Earth keeps spinning, let it spin.
I think
I'm going to like it here.
No
Gravity, high velocity, no negativity
Just cosmic energy.
Can't reach
My phone, leave it alone.
Got a new zip
Code on the moon, gone
I'm moving to the moon, yeah, I'm
Checking out.
No
Wi-Fi, no screaming, no shouting
Floating in the crater, living my design.
Earth is too crowded
I'm doing just fine
Up in the dark, shining real bright.
Living on the moon, yeah, starting tonight yeah
Look at that blue marble spinning down there
Good luck with that
I'm floating
